Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the LPOANJ.

Our online application process requires two steps—provide your information using the form below and then pay the $75.00 annual membership fee via PayPal. Once you complete and submit our application, you will be taken to our “thank you” page which will contain a link to PayPal where you can complete the transaction. Note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Membership is open to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, gender or sexual orientation.
